This major refurbishment project is due to run for approximately 15 weeks and would involve the majority of work taking place from. 6pm – 12midnight Possibly later if necessary and some weekends.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced site manager with excellent communication skills as a large proportion of this position will entail liasing with various subcontractors. A good communicator with CSCS accreditation would find this project an exciting opportunity
